  • We are delighted to offer this modern three bedroom villa with a private HEATED swimming pool, hot tub and fab golf views... It has a modern interior, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, UK TV including sports packages and more! There is a fantastic, stylish upstairs roof terrace with a large summer kitchen, great for BBQ's and chilling out!



    The villa is in an extremely convenient location as the supermarket, padel courts and Boulevard area are all within easy walking distance! Plus the Hotel and town centre can be accessed within 5 minutes...What's more, it is south facing and the terrace and pool area are bathed in sun for most of the year!



    The accommodation compromises a great lounge and dining area, the lounge has patio doors to the outside area. There is a compact but more than adequate well equipped modern kitchen, with all the mod cons.



    All the accommodation is on the one level so it is really practical. There is a lovely master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The beds can be made into Twins or joined together to make a super king. There are an additional two modern twin bedrooms (can also be joined together to make super-kings) as well as a compact bathroom with shower.



    Outside you really will feel spoilt...there is an amazing private pool, with terraced area and sun loungers. But the best part is yet to come...



    Upstairs is a smart, modern summer kitchen with large built in BBQ, pizza oven, table and chairs...and if that´s not enough there is a hot tub and at the back and a lovely sunbathing area....



    This modern villa is furnished to a high standard and comfortably sleeps 6 people. The property benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms, free WiFi, a 7m x 3m private swimming pool and a large roof terrace with summer kitchen - perfect for those yummy BBQ's...and making the most of the great climate here.



    Please note pool heating is an additional option.

Excellent villa in a great location on the resort. We’ve holidayed on this resort for 15 years, we absolutely love it. It was fab to see all the new facilities and bars / restaurants that have opened. Excellent communication and organisation from Murcia Holiday Rentals and Joy the key holder. Perfect holiday in the sun

Great location. Lovely pool and amazing outdoor area upstairs - especially the hot tub and pizza oven. Lovely stay again. However bedding and towels were not of a great quality. Would maybe benefit from a new outdoor umbrella and stand.

Great Location

Always love staying at MMGR, everything you need is on hand. The villa and pool were lovely, with a roof terrace and hot tub, and it’s probably the warmest, cleanest pool we have had on the resort over the four holidays we have had there. Murcia Holiday Rentals were really helpful and responded quickly when we needed anything. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable, and we will be back again. The only thing that comes to mind is that the bathrooms in the villa probably need a bit of TLC regarding the sealant around the shower and bath, but that’s really picky, and it didn’t affect our stay at all.

Everything Maybe to check appliances within the villa.The blender didn’t work Not a major issue we just couldn’t make cocktails and the shower upstairs where the hot tub was didn’t drain immediately , but honestly nothing really. Loved it

2 month Winter stay

Very nice position on a lovely golf resort. Very quiet at night but with plenty going on locally. Villa was well equipped and felt very comfortable to live in. It had all the appliances and equipment we required and of a good standard. We had initial problems with the hot tub as the lid had been broken and removed before we arrived so was not clean and when cleaned, kept filling with leaves etc. The main tv in the lounge, although a smart version, it was faulty so could not link to the router so could not run Netflix etc.

Relajante y comodidad.

La casa con todo lo que incluye perfecto. Jacuzzi y piscina de 10. No hemos pasado nada de calor. Hemos estado muy cómodos y relajados. La ubicación perfecta. Algo más de menaje de cocina (sartenes). Que los armarios estén vacíos (mal olor en una habitación por ropa y calzado de alguien guardados en el armario). Nevera de cocina de parte superior asquerosa de suciedad.
