The hotel is situated at a quiet place next to the river, that is an easy and quick stroll into the main hub of town. Be mindful of the electronic gate when it opens inward so you don’t have to quickly reverse your car as you leave the hotel."

"When arriving at the property it looked very dated so wasn’t sure what the rooms were going to be like. We were greeted by the host and was taken to our top floor room. It was clean and nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed with lovely pillows and bed linen. The bathroom was exceptional too, I couldn’t fault the room at all. The tea/coffee facilities were fabulous. I would highly recommend. "

"Very centrally located. I am a runner. The River Ness is outside the front door and you can run or walk by the river both ways on both sides. There are may bridges and places to cross. Many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We went to Zizzi's on the other side of the river for dinner. Breakfast is good. Liked staying here. Inverness left a great impression."

Bed a true double but very comfy. Breakfast was delicious and they graciously opened 15 minutes early so we could eat before our tour. Short 10-15 minute walk to city center. Of note most of the full day tours depart from the cathedral which is a few minutes walk. It is a house so you can hear doors closing and the exhaust...

"I loved staying here, the location is great. It is about a five minute walk from the train station, and within walkable distance to the center shops, dinning, and great areas to site see. Just be aware that there is not an elevator; we dragged outer heavy bags up three flights.
