"This an exceptional place that we recommend very vividly. We spent a beautiful 4 days with two teenagers. The pool made them happy and it was a perfect base for visiting the Castles of the Loire, quite close to Chenonceau, Villandry, Amboise and Azay-le-Rideau among others. The staff is also very nice and accommodating, they started writing to us a few days before our arrival to make sure it went smoothly. Only great things to say about this place!"

Personnel there ranges from: exceptionally sweet young woman - who carried our heavy suitcases up two steep stairs (no elevator) - to a very unfriendly male. Requests like - making a call on our behalf to a beauty salon - were met with dismay (by the male).

"Beautiful hotel tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. We caught the tram downtown and were able to explore Tours quite easily. We had a suite that was so roomy along with a huge bathroom. We used the spa everyday to swim and relax. It was very clean and quiet. The gardens were so well kept and beautiful! "
"Bed was super comfortable, room wasn't large but was good and quiet. A/C worked well and hairdryer was the best. Owners and staff were super interesting and helpful. Decoration of hotel was fantastic. May not be your taste but fun, interesting, colorful, and felt like I was in a boutique hotel. Area was super convenient to everything. "
