"I think the rooms could of been a little cleaner plus the blankets weren’t fitting on the beds properly"

"Super rude front staff. Impatient cutting me off all the time just want to get off the phone. Charged me for $56 to upgrade, the room ended up no sofa bed that we originally booked. We got a cot. No apology from the manager, no follow up. Called the front desk about my bill. A man received the call. Super short and rude. Arrogant and not care just to show the impatience and rudeness. Check in staff messed up with my upgraded room; night shift manager pushed me to next day daytime manager and no apology, daytime manager didn’t follow up, I called the front desk and the man was also very rude and short. On my, I met across four rude staff already. It’s the most disappointing experience I have ever had with the hotel."
