"We had a great stay at this hotel in Niagara Falls. The rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good with plenty of options. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and had lots of fun. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we would stay here again!"

"Upon check in the front desk told me the room I had booked thru Expedia that claimed to have falls view “didn't really”. And that for $200 they could change my room to get a good view. (Seemed odd) As for the room: 1. The Air conditioning in the room didn’t work had to be repaired while we were in the room. 2.Bathroom fan didn’t work. 3. Floor drain pan in the shower was broken 4. Pool is only 3ft deep and temp was freezing cold and room needs repair / paint. 5. 1 of 2 Hot tubs was out of service. And the other was not hot. Upon checking out hotel charged extra hidden undisclosed fees on top of the rental rates and the valet parking rates; 25$ to check in, $60/ per night, just for renting the room, $14 / day to have the valet service that you already paid for, plus HST taxes plus tourism Niagara tourism tax. They said it was probably because Expedia didn’t disclose costs… Valet parking staff were very nice though."

"Had a wonderful stay at Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls. The hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect — close to Clifton Hill and just a short walk to the Falls. Breakfast was good, and the pool area was nice and relaxing. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Niagara Falls!"
