"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the location is perfect, with amazing views of Niagara Falls. The check in experience was very smooth, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only exception was our experience at the Milestones restaurant, which did not meet the same excellent standard as the rest of the hotel. The person who assisted us was not friendly or helpful at all."

"The staff is lovely and very helpful. I reserved a room with a new your and Canada falls view which I did not get unless you looked very far right and then you could only er the Canadian falls. The rooms are not at all what the website shows. The rooms are much smaller with only one small window. They did move us to another room with a “deluxe” falls view which was only minimally better. The rooms were just too small for four people, two adults and two children 5 and 8. The bathrooms are very small with only a shower and no tub which proved difficult for the 5 year old who is afraid of showers. You have to get into tie bathroom and close the door completely to get to the toilet. It was very clean but cramped. The breakfast was delicious but way too expensive in my opinion. I liked that so much was attached to the hotel such as the soda shop, hard rock, hersheys store and Starbucks so you could go between if it was raining which it did when we were there. Parking was convenient but really an expensive daily charge."

"The Vittoria was wonderful. The hotel is clean, modern, with plenty of amenities, a great pool and is located close to the falls, restaurants, shops and other things to do. So much is within a short walk that you really don’t have to drive if you don’t mind walking. If I return to Niagara Falls I wouldn’t stay anywhere else."
