"The main house was very nice! Unfortunately, when I book, I wasn’t told that I would be staying in a separate room above the detached garage. Did not have our own refrigerator so we had to take our stuff up and down to the main house through the alley. Also did not have an air conditioner that worked in it not very hot up there. Our situation was not great either. "

"Great location, you can walk just a couple of blocks down to the waterfront and many shops and restaurants. The owner had everything you need in this VRBO, but we did go buy wash cloths. We enjoyed this VRBO and when we come back, hopefully it will be available."

"I’m not a fan of pets in hotels, so it was particularly disturbing to step into the elevator and find pet feces. Guests next to us were questionable. Slamming against furniture and yelling and screaming meant a disturbed sleep. Not the property’s fault, but the response to my phone call to the front desk was appalling, I was advised to call the police if I thought safety was an issue. The male front desk associate communicated with irritation and a pompous attitude. I’m not looking to get anybody fired, but it would seem to me that a guest services refresher course would be a good idea."

"We were given a beautiful upgrade to a very bright room with double windows. Enjoyable stay."

"I would have given an excellent but there was still some renovations being done. Staff was great, rooms were beautiful and clean. Location is perfect and within walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and bars. Their restaurant was currently closed for remodeling but guests can still get room service from the restaurant next door. "

"We had 10 of us (5 couples)and it was ample room for all of us. Very clean and stocked well. Kitchen was good size to prepare breakfas/brunch for all of us. Table seated all if us. Walking distance to everything. Great location. We enjoyed our stay"
