There is a private outdoor pool on the well-kept grounds, which invites you to cool off on hot summer days. Relax on the sun loungers around the pool. A charcoal barbecue is at your disposal to prepare delicious meals. The ground floor of the villa consists of a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a bedroom with access to the terrace and garden and a bathroom. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. On the first floor there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Private parking for up to 2 cars is also available. Today Umag is best known for its sport: Every year in July, the ATP Croatia Open takes place with many big names from the men's tennis world. In addition to sporting activities, don't miss the interior of Istria, known for its excellent gastronomy, and numerous small hilltop towns with unique views of the Mirna River valley.
