"Hotels.com with the hotel have some payment issue. When I check in the hotel front desk staff said that i need to pay for this trip, however, I already fully paid when i booked the hotel. After check and clarified she confirmed already received my payment. And I called to Hotel.com the staff request me to pay again for the hotel and refund my previous payment with Hotel.com due to some payment issue between Hotel.com and the Hotel. "Comfy and clean room. Great shower! Breakfast was ok, but the bacon was quite hard, sausages were tasteless and no scrambled egg. The breakfast staff were very busy and friendly but could have had 1 or 2 more staff assisting. Nevertheless, it was a nice stay! "
