"No gym, property was under renovation was extremely loud couldn’t walk in front door. They ran out of WATER.Nothing upon check in was so bad had to leave a night early and stay at a Hilton do not stay here "

"Room was much smaller than what was seamed on photos. Wide angle view makes us look much larger. Bathroom was fine but the actual room just enough space for bed and 1-2 feet are on each side of bed. That was it. No place to put your clothes. Only hooks on wall. Fridge will hold minimal items maybe one full subway sandwich so pack accordingly. They would not switch room to a larger one even when available for additional charge (maybe their policy is different but still did not expect that). No comforters just sheets to sleep under. "

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room door would not close properly unless it was slammed, and the trim around the door was dirty and visibly falling apart. The $20+ buffet breakfast was completely unacceptable — poor quality and not worth the price. More concerning was the ongoing construction noise coming from the adjacent room, including drilling, grinding, and loud music. When I raised this with the front desk, I was repeatedly given inaccurate and dismissive explanations (cleaning staff, outside traffic, nearby construction), none of which aligned with what was clearly audible from within my room. I even asked staff to come to the room to verify the issue themselves, and no one ever showed up. Despite all of this, I was not offered a room change or any resolution. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. "

"This was my first VRBO and I was hesitant. I really enjoyed my stay. I was there for a convention and it was short safe walk to the convention center which really made it nice. There are a lot of really great places to eat within short walking distance (I’m picky about restaurants and walking too far). It’s mad it nice because parking can be hassle. Check-in was a breeze and the people were very friendly. The apartment has everything you need. It was nice and clean with all the amenities. A huge bonus was the parking in back. 9 for 24 hours. Can’t beat that and it’s right by the entrance. I will definitely be booking with them next year. "
