"It has the feel of a community rather, than a hotel, with a large central courtyard. Check-in is done in advance and your door codes are sent to your phone. There’s no need to talk to any staff, though we did as we couldn’t find our room as the ground floor is a bit confusing. Recommended though."

"Very nice room with sofa bed in the living room, would have liked to have been able to separate the two beds in the main room as it said twin but the bedding was cover both meaning the could not be separated. The room was clean and perfect for us. The man that checked us in, did not speak to us in English despite us speaking English to him. Luckily my kids speak Spanish so it was not an issue for us, for tourists that do not speak any spanish the lady next to him was speaking to her guests in English so I am sure you can ask. Great location and Valencia is beautiful. It was bank holiday when we were there and unfortunately all the shops in the city were closed which surprised us as all other big cities have always been open on bank holidays, we weren’t there for shopping so it wasn’t a big issue. Would definitely stay again."

"Petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé dans la vielle ville pour visiter les sites historiques. Le personnel est professionnel et aidant. Par exemple, Alexandre nous a permis d'accéder à notre chambre en avance alors que nous étions épuisés après un long vol. Il a aussi contacté un taxi au moment de notre depart, avec beaucoup d'efficacité. Plusieurs terrasses et restaurants autour. On recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."
