The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a grill, and an electric coffee machine. A shower, bidet, and WC are also available on this floor for added convenience.

On the upper floor, 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located: 3 rooms each furnished with a comfortable French bed measuring 160 cm, and 1 room with 2 single beds of 80 cm each.
