"From the moment we arrived we loved it. The doorman was extremely kind and the lovely young lady at check in was so helpful and pleasant. I believe her name is Sabine… but I could be wrong. They set up the sofa bed for our toddler without us even asking. It was such a nice surprise. The view was spectacular! "Exceptionally tiny rooms where they don’t turn on AC UNTIL THEY FEEL IT IS NECESSARY. Nice bathroom that takes up 1/2 of the entire room space. Getting extra towels was initially a massive hassle but after two days of complaining they started giving some out. Oh, and don’t think about getting an extra blanket! International incident in the making. In addition to all this. There’s a bar called Luckys directly across the street, mind you we were on the 6th floor and we could hear all the drunkards screaming, fighting, laughing, singing between 11pm all the way til almost 7am, so if you expect to sleep with the window open because your room is hot and stuffy, good luck! "

"The bathroom is very small and they do not give hand towels it’s only 2 shower towels no coffee it’s the first hotel with no coffee no tea And AC wasn’t working we sleep with the windows open the 2 beds have been about 6 in a part Overall ligation is very good good restaurants and prices are good the train station is about 5 minutes walk every one are very kind "

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."
