"Currently the pool and BBQs are not available. The unit was very clean with the exception of sand and crumbs in between the couch cushions. The AC units work well however the AC in the master bedroom does not cool as well as the other two and sometimes smells like burning candles. There are homeless in the area of Hilo so sometimes I did not feel comfortable walking into town or around town by myself. The location of the condo is good. The property management company is very responsive."
