Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Amazing view!!!

What an amazing, beautiful view from this house!!! We could have spent the entire time sitting outside next to the firepit watching the wildlife and boats. There was plenty of room for our grandkids (2 and 6 yrs) to run around. The listing says 2 bedrooms, but there are 2 bedrooms downstairs w/full bathrooms and a bedroom upstairs w/a 1/2 bath. Communication was great. Quick response. Check out was easy. They let us know we could check in early since the house was ready and also gave us the option (for an addition cost) to check out later. The house was very clean with an open floor plan. My one suggestion would be it would be nice to have a binder with all the rules, expectations (i.e. strip the beds, load and run the dishwasher, etc) as well as all the other tech information, activity and dining suggestions, idiosyncrasies of the house, etc. That way all the info is in one place. At the end of our stay we learned there were passes to the club house, but we did not know about them prior and did not see them while we were there. In fairness, though, I do not know that we would have used them as we enjoyed our time on the beach!!

Friend gather for a weekend of crabbing for over 10 years! This has been the best property we have stayed at! Look forward to next year!

Great location, clean & comfy, spacious. Could use some air freshener spray/plug in.

5 adults, 2 kids. Could use a 3rd queen bed upstairs. House was comfortable, clean and centered between all our activities.

Perfect place

It was a wonderful place even during a rainy weekend. My daughters and I loved every minute. It was clean, well-stocked, great view, and so comfortable. I will recommend it to everyone. I only wish it would allow my small dog, because my husband and I would come back. However, we travel with our doodle. This was my annual girls weekend with my daughters. We had so much fun! Thank you.

Beautiful house and location

This property was better than I expected. The house is spacious and well furnished. The location is amazing. Beautiful relaxing views from the kitchen and living rooms. Outside patio looking over the bay. Quick walk to the ocean beach. Couldn't ask for more.

Great Location

My family stayed here along with my brother's family and it was the perfect set up. I loved how the adults had their own bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the kids had their own fun kids area upstairs. My favorite part was enjoying my coffee on the back porch with the amazing view! We loved looking for crabs, finding shells and walking to the beach. Great house in an awesome location.

Nice home

The house has lots of rules (to be expected) the problem we had is the listing has one set of rules and then the fliers in the house say different than the email of rules you get. So confusing as to which set is accurate. The house is amazing, lots of space! Beds are okay. The path down to the water is slightly sketchy (rocky drop off). All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Supreme location!

This house is absolutely amazing! From the breath taking sunrise to the close proximity of the beach access, this place is superb! We enjoyed watching all the boats and just enjoying the company of our family in an open living space. We will most certainly be back in the near future.

Sewage problem

One of the bathrooms backed up sewage into shower on second day. The property manager was reluctant to call plumber because of high cost. After a couple of hours he was able to clear blockage and said a cleaning person would be there the next day to clean and disinfect the shower, unfortunately that did not happen. Therefore shower was not usable.

Great place.

The location is awesome!! Homes a little dated but it totally adds to the charm. It’s clean with lots of space. We will be back. The only thing I would recommend is one or two good non-stick pans in the kitchen. Awesome place. Manager was great too.

Perfect for our vacation!

This house was amazing - the views of the bay right when you walk in were stunning and made quite an impression. We loved the architecture of the house, and all the decor items and magazines. Soft blankets provided too for wave watching! The lights from the bridge at night are lovely to see from the windows too. Easy access, quiet neighborhood. And plenty nearby for groceries or gas. We drove up and down the Oregon coast during our stay, and being in Waldport was the perfect center point for us to explore the beauty of the area. Everything was super clean (which I truly appreciate). And you can tell they take pride in the cleanliness of the whole house (you could take a q-tip to the edges and come up clean). BBQ worked great. Plenty of kitchenware (one recommendation would be true size dinner forks, there were only salad forks available - one MINOR thing, which is probably due to me liking a big fork! Hence, why I noticed). Make sure to look in all the drawers and cubbies, there are two drawers that are kind of hidden in a cabinet (across from the sink) - these held the steak knives. Will definitely stay there again and again! Didn't want to leave.

Beautiful home, great view!

Amazing view and home. They have everything you need and you feel welcome from the start. Super clean and the beds are super comfy. Great central location. Very much enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!
