Our room was really dirty - many visible stains on the carpet, stains on the bedding, sheets were ripped, and there was food on the chair. The main areas of the hotel are dated but also dirty.

Place has gone down hill. Tons of noise from guys throwing chairs into dumpster as part of some renovation. Parking spaces blocked off with old chairs. Shabby looking. Staff was aloof. Breakfast was lame. Location is all it has at this point.

Very nice old hotel. Very nice to be right off the old square of the town. Parking was free and convenient in the back of the hotel. We were able to walk around town. We particularly enjoyed walking millionaires row. (Mahoning street). The breakfast was excellent! The room was very large. Basically two rooms.

The fire escape door beside our room was propped open all night. Essentially bypassing the key card needed to enter the building, mold had accumulated all over the the shower and we were told we were only allowed to have two towels even though there is no drain on the bathroom floor and the shower leaks directly into the room. On top of that, our room key did not function for the entire first day we were there and the entire next day even after the key was reset multiple times. The staff member who was there when we checked in was pleasant and helpful but didn't seem to understand how to solve the problem with the food card. The second staff member we dealt with was unhelpful and did not resolve any of our issues.

The downstairs area used to feature a bar/restaurant for years. My last visit we found out that it is no longer there. I hope someone else does something with the space that benefits the hotel. The downstairs bar/restaurant was the main reason for always picking this hotel when in Warren.

Do not stay in this hotel. We booked a jacuzzi room and the jets didn't work.The security was terrible and left patrons in a potential dangerous situation. The back door to the parking lot, which was supposed to be activated only by room keys had a manual bolt lock that could be turned to prevent the door from closing. When we went out to our car the bolt was turned to prevent the door from closing so anyone could enter the hotel. This is a breech of security for hotel guests. When reported to the front desk it was met with indifference.

The room was exceptionally clean. The A/C unit did not work well and the shower valve was not allowing much hot water out. There was no one at the front desk when I left, and was unable to leave them feedback. I would expect a little bit better for the price that I paid.

This was the first time that I had a bad experience at this hotel. I have stayed here several times over the years and never had an issue. When we checked in to inspect our room. The bathroom light was out and the flourscent bulbs needed replaced. We were told that maintenance was called and that they would be in within an hour to replace them. It sounded to me like they knew the day before this needed done. Why wait until someone checks in and has plans and needs to get ready. This was aggravating. When we asked if we could be moved to a different room they said there were none left and that the hotel was full. They only offered us to check out if we weren't happy. Which was not an option as we booked months back for a concert nearby. The room was on the first floor and I never stayed in one where the carpet was filthy. Overall this was a disappointing stay. I will think twice before booking here again.

This hotel was nothing as advertised. There was no restaurant or bar on the property, the property is under construction, and the elevator was not working properly. The wifi does not work either. I paid extra for these amenities and was extremely disappointed with this stay.
