"The property felt very dated, and the lack of upkeep was noticeable especially in the bathroom, where the paint was chipped and peeling. It gave the space an unclean and neglected feel. Another downside was the absence of basic amenities you’d typically expect, such as complimentary water. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the lack of thoughtful touches made the stay less comfortable than it should have been."

"The stay was ok. The hotel is located in the CBD area, but in a quiet place. The rooms are decent in size. The buffet breakfast is a bit expensive for the type of spread served. The room we stayed did not have hangers or stands in the bathroom and floor mats making it incovenient to dress after a shower. There was no partition between shower area and dry area making water splash over to the dry area. No bathroom slippers and floor mats are provided to dry the feet before going to the dressing area. The air conditioner control panel did not have provision to adjust the fan speed, making teperature inside the room difficult to control. When set at 24deg, the room feels warm at night, but when set at 22deg, makes the room too chill to sleep. There were few minor issues that I don't remember now. Please look into these suggestions. "Great room, large balcony with nice view."

"Main areas of the property have undergone renovation but the apartments are very dated and in dire need of renovation and the drain in toilet was a bit smelly. However it did not put us off. Facilities are good, tv, fully equipped kitchen although dishwasher was broken, washing machine and dryer, icy cold aircon, beds were fairly comfy, balcony, didn’t use the pool but it looked good although small, gym has good selection of equipment. Note the carpark is an extra $20 per night and spaces are limited due to a lot of the spaces reserved for the private residences. There is also a $250 security deposit to pay on checkin. It’s a weird set up having no reception area, check in is via the convenience shop Nextdoor so make sure you read you confirmation email in advance for instructions. Also the main entrance doors are locked from 7pm so access in and out is through the lower carpark using your room card (there is pedestrian gate). Location wise is good about 15min walk to city or can catch the red cat nearby. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay and we’d consider staying again. "
