"They do not offer breakfast. The staff moves with no urgency. The room was clean but 0 replenishment of necessary hygenic items. false fire alarm that left us confused and no update from any staff either. Key card to enter the hotel after a certain time at night didn't even work. Staff worker had to walk up to the door to open it. 0/10. Our stay was one of the worst."

"Breakfast is always great at ES! The only downfall at breakfast is they really could use more help for the breakfast special order station ~ there was only one guy doing those special orders - and btw he was AMAZING!- so kind and never made anyone feel rushed / give that man a raise and get him some help! Other than that the stay was wonderful ! Thank you !"
