"The room was lovely and food in the restaurant exceptional. The bar was very understaffed and we waited quite a while to be served as no one was manning the bar, then waited again for drinks to be brought to our table."

"Hotel is a short walk away from the airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were very attentive. The evening meal was better than I expected but I didn't have time for breakfast due to an early flight. I have used this Hotel before and will definitely use it again."

"Check in went smoothly and that was a good as it got. When we arrived into our room there was a box of mouldy cheese, crackers and olives in our room. When we went out for the evening I told reception I wanted it got by the team we got back later that night. We arrived back at midnight and the mouldy food was still in our room. Managers were not at all helpful, quite the opposite. The breakfast was cold and the bathrooms in the rooms are falling apart. When I went back to collect our bags the doorman laughed at us as he saw the funny side of mouldy food be left in the room. Avoid at all cost!"

"We were shown to our allocated room, the snug. As the pictures show the room was dark with air conditioning . We asked receptionist for WiFi code and informed it is shown on TV. The TV and remote control wouldn't work and we were told there was a problem so we would be upgraded to a different location which had the bath placed at the foot of the bed. This indeed was wonderful. The room was clean and WiFi did indeed work. We are at the tai restaurant which was wonderful. The air conditioning seemed noisy but certainly kept a room with no opening windows cool. The only complaint was the communal toilets, mens and womans were so dark you couldn't see where the actual toilet cubicles were. One had a broken lock in the woman's and the other one was blocked with toilet paper. We want to add that all the staff, receptionists, tai restaurant staff and breakfast staff were lovely. A special mention to the waiter from the bar who assisted in finding out what a particular ice cream flavour was!"
