"I would stay here again if visiting Chicago. The location was about 20 min from downtown Chicago, and there is a lot of things to do locally in Skokie. The hotel room was unseasonably warm even though we had the AC set to 67 degrees. We were still very warm in the room. The room location and parking was very good and the staff even walked you to the room with the different turns to get there. Bar Louie in the hotel was a bonus, we did not have to leave for entertainment. If you stay here I would recommend getting the breakfast added on to make things easier for you. We had pancakes, wraps, french toast, sausage, eggs, potatos, fruit, yogurt, a large array of pastry, oatmeal or cold cereal options, coffee and OJ daily."

"Only complaint was very noisy on the floor my first night and next morning. Lots of families with slamming doors and yelling for over 2 hours starting 6:30am. Maybe families can stay in one section of hotel as a rule. It was hard to deal with"

"Beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere! The breakfast was very good, especially the omelette station—such a nice touch and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was busy, but they remained attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"
