"From reception to check out brilliant. What a beautiful building and location right on the edge of the river severn. Restaurant was so xmassy and food delicious. Our room was for 4 with 2 bedrooms, spacious modern with everything we could wish for. Big bonus amazing views from balcony also. One particular older waiter was exceptional, such a grafter, and so good at his job....a credit to any hotel. Worked 8 till 11 sat night and again sunday morn ! Always courteous and friendly, nothing too much. Loved it ...going again next year "

"Lovely old (Tudor?) building with traditional wooden features, heaps of unique character and a charming pub on the ground floor! Staff were friendly and efficient and the standard hamper breakfast brought to the door on time. No parking as located in city centre but therefore walkable to many touristic amenities and facilities. Would happily stay again and recommend to others."

"A beautiful little terrace property ideally located in a very quiet part of central Worcester next to the canal. Spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and well equipped. Wonderful 'hotel' quality bed linen and duvets, very comfortable beds.Clear and timely check in information. Property in central Worcester, not a National Park, as this feedback form insists....."

"Absolutely awful, wouldn't even give it a star, the property was dirty, unclean, a building site at the back. Old vegetables and milk left in the fridge, kitchen hadn't been cleaned. No plug to wash up. Dirty pants and clothing left down the side of the beds. I could go on, worst experience ever! Photos on the website totally misleading "
