"DO NOT STAY HERE! I should have known this stay was going to be nothing less than disappointing when check was 3pm and I didn’t almost check in until 7pm. I paid additional money to be in the Diamond club thinking I would receive great service having a butler and allegedly having additional amenities as a Diamond club member. The butler Sergio was unreliable and never seemed happy to do his job and many task there was asked to be done were not. Upon arrival the first drink we received at the Diamond Club check in had a fly sitting on it. When then proceeded to the pool bar since"

The water park was a lot of fun, and there were plenty of activities for both kids and adults. The food selection was great, and the overall atmosphere made our vacation truly memorable. "No lo recomiendo , está fue nuestra experiencia que vivimos durante nuestra estancia. Hicimos nuestro check‑in el día 6 de junio y, al entrar en la habitación, se podía notar lo sucia que estaba. Procedí a limpiar lo que pude y como pude. Ese mismo día notifiqué a recepción, pero nadie acudió. Más tarde intenté llamar nuevamente, pero no podía comunicarme porque el teléfono de la habitación estaba dañado. El personal de mantenimiento vino y me explicó que para llamar debía usar el altavoz; sin embargo, el teléfono no fue cambiado ni reparado.Además, el secador de pelo no funcionaba y tuvieron que traerme otro. La señora de limpieza dejaba el piso sucio y, en una ocasión, solo dejó dos toallas de baño para tres huéspedes, lo cual fue incómodo. No me gusta estar quejándome, pero realmente considero que el hotel necesita más capacitación para mantener las instalaciones limpias y desinfectadas, especialmente considerando la cantidad de personas que se hospedan, incluyendo algunas que incluso pueden estar enfermas.Los pasillos de las habitaciones también estaban en malas condiciones: la alfombra muy sucia, llena de basura y llegué a ver cucarachas grandes. Todo esto nos llevó a abandonar el hotel antes de tiempo. Nuestra salida estaba programada para el día 11 de junio, pero nos fuimos el día 9 en la mañana.Pasé al mostrador y hablé con Fátima sobre la situación entre las 8:00 y 8:30 a.m. hora local, y me pidió que enviara un correo (del cual aún no recibo respuesta ) ."
