The bed sheets were quite rough, but they did have the cool Japanese pillows! Black out curtains were more effective than most. Unfortunately, one morning when I was trying to forward my luggage, the front desk staff did not seem fully familiar with the process and I ended up missing my train due to her completing wrong ppw first (to airport instead of hotel) and I had to pay 5000 yen for a taxi to catch my Shinkansen"

"Location is in the heart of where all the action is. As soon as you step out the door, there are businesses and people everywhere. Stayed in a triple and there were areas to put luggage so you aren’t overly crowded. Bathroom was a good size."
