"What a wonderful time we had at 52A Main St where we celebrated our annual family Christmas event! The accommodations here are so warm/welcoming and the open space concept allows for our large group to gather. There's much to enjoy right onsite (indoor/outdoor games, ping pong, biking) and the property is just a short walk to Short Sands Beach! Pam & Mike are incredibly gracious hosts and we've all felt very grateful to be able to continue our annual family tradition here!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property in York Beach, Maine. Franny and Luke were exceptional hosts—communicative, kind, and responsive from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. Franny was so accommodating when we realized we had left items behind and she did not hesitate to help out to arrange to get the items back to us. The home itself was gorgeous, tastefully decorated clean, neat, and peaceful—just the kind of place you want to come back to after a day out enjoying the beach. Great thought was put into accommodating the guests, such as sufficient kitchen wares, linens, beach chairs, games etc. The location was perfect, close to all the local beach activities, restaurants, and attractions, but still tucked away enough to feel relaxing and quiet.One of our favorite parts was the backyard fire pit. After a full day in the sun, it was the perfect spot to gather with family, unwind, and share stories under the stars. It really made the trip feel special.This was our 23rd year vacationing in York and one of the best places we have stayed! We’d definitely return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in York Beach."
