"If you like niche theme hotel then this is great. However, personally I thought it was a bit OTT, there are plenty of great things about the place and location but it had too much of a business feel rather than a family stay. The staff at check in wasnt the most helpful. I had lost a hat and enquired if it might have been mislaid there. The desk staff just ask for my passport and ID 3 times. Rather than saying, 'How can I help?' This gave me the feel that it is very business and formal environment. Would I stay again, probably not with loads of alternative options in the area."

"Good location - 5 minutes walk to the Ximen MRT station, which is one stop away from the Taipei Main Station. Reception area on 2nd floor has a lounge area with games, and free water and snacks – a hostel-like vibe. Helpful 24-hour English-speaking staff at reception desk. Rooms are very small but functional. Walls are thin, and we had noisy neighbors, which was a problem. "

"This is the best hotel to stay for a night in Taiwan. Right at Ximending, MTR is right outside, which can take you to airport and other places quickly- you can’t beat that. The room is clean and comfortable, the staffs are friendly, amenities are great. I would definitely stay here again should I visit Taiwan. "

"Great spot, always have snacks available and kids play area is fun and well maintaines. My 4 year old had lots of fun and made friends every day. Just wished they have a small gym. And the room is not cleaned everyday, we need to request room cleaning one day prior."
