The suite has 2 bedrooms. A separate bedroom with a double bed and large wardrobe and a studio with 2 double beds each. In the living room there is a double sofa bed that could also be used as a bed for two people. A cot can be booked. The kitchen corner is also equipped with a dishwasher and deep-freeze compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The apartment has a balcony and a bicycle shed. The parking lot is at the house. Attention: The studio is accessible via a steep staircase, therefore unsuitable for small children!

Franz and Sissy, our modern suites in the Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz are ideal for lovers of Usedom, cyclists and nature lovers. The 2-party house is idyllically located in the center of Zinnowitz at the end of a cul-de-sac (quiet and nice). The beach is about 1 km. Each suite has a lockable bike shed and 1 parking space. The concert shell, the theater, the tin can, the club cinema and various restaurants are all nearby. The Bernsteintherme is about 10 minutes by bike. Our climbing forest in Usedom is in Neu-Pudagla.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
