Fabelaktig hotel i flotte omgivelser

Dette var 6. gangen vi besøkte Hotel Castell og vi skal tilbake. Detter er en vintage hotel (111 år) med en moderne tvist. Absolutt alt er bra med hotellet for oss som liker Sveits - det er ryddig, servicen er upåklagelig - det er rent og pent, og så lukter det helt fantaskisk av treverket som er brukt i bygget. Flott resturant og bar, samt et fantastisk hammam bad. Alt i flotte omgivelser

Ein Wohlfühlhotel von der ersten Minute bis zum Schluss... sehr aufmerksames Personal, schöne und ruhige Lage, erstklassiges Essen und zum Tagesende ein Hamam zum Träumen. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch wenn es mal nur ein Wochenende zum Erholen sein soll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing stay

Absolutely amazing stay in a beautiful location surrounded by artwork. Every room and corridor has museum quality contemporary art works and the garden has several large scale installations Highly professional, friendly and attentive staff. Amazing breakfast, well designed rooms and everything in perfect condition.

Schweizer Qualität von feinsten.

Hier stimmt alles, Service, Lage, der Kinder Club und das Restaurant. Alles top! Nur die Einfahrt könnte im Winter vielleicht schwierig sein, aber es gibt Abholung Service ab Bahnhof. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder in Castello übernachten.

Tesla owners- this is the hotel to stay!

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way! We have a tesla so when we travel, charging stations is a must. We had planned to charge at the st Moritz charging station but when we arrived, the director saw that we had an electric car and immediately arranged a reserved spot for us in their own charging station (charge 30km an hour) with our name written on a plate. We asked if they had bikes to rent and they rented is two electric bike, both free (even to my friend who was not staying at the hotel). It was raining so they even lent us a very nice waterproof jacket. Helmet was of course free too. The kids Klub was great, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and sent our kid with 5 other kids (not staying at the hotel) there and they loved it. The spa was very nice. We asked if there were any bigger rooms since it was low season and they offered a free upgrade. Staff is super baby friendly. We will def come back!

For us as regular guests in the Castell for winter and summer it was great to see that the new ownership since spring 2015 managed to continue the professionalism, hospitality and competence in an amazing setting of nature and art. We will be back!

Wunderbarer Ort

Wir kamen spontan und waren begeistert. Zuerst den freundlichen Empfang mit Bemühungen, auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. Man spürt dass es ihnen wichtig ist, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Im Zimmer riecht es fein nach Holz. Der Hammam war wunderbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank!

Toller Service

Wir waren während dem Engadiner Skimarathon im Castell. Super war der Bustransport zum Start und zurück. Zudem bekamen wir eine "late Check-out" und konnten am Sonntag noch den Hamam geniessen... Super freundliches Personal... tolles Hotel.
