The room was spacious, the staff were amazing and provided excellent service and all that for a very reasonable price. The accommodation was only a 20 minute walk from Osaka Station. I highly recommend and will stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

I stayed three nights, and my experience was wonderful! I booked a room with a city view, and it was so pretty! The room was clean and roomier than some of the other hotels I booked while in Japan. I have no complaints :) Safe travels!

This place is amazing. This place was built in 2025, so everything is brand new. It is close enough to Universal Studios Japan, but not in the middle of the large and loud crowds, as well as close enough to get into the other areas of Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto. We loved this property. The room we booked was big enough for all our luggage and a lot bigger than other rooms in the area! It’s next to a 7/11 as well and this made it perfect for late night Konbini runs! :)

Check in was easy. When we went to our room on 10th floor, the door was left ajar which was odd. The room had 2 double beds and a projector so we could watch Netflix and Disney+. I enjoyed my time in Osaka very much, the Umeda Sky Building was fantastic, great views of the city and harbour, also the Tempozan Ferris Wheel, Osaka Aquarium was very interesting, and Universal Studios was great fun.
You should forget about your diet while you are in Osaka. Eat until you drop!
Osaka is famous in Food likes takoyaki, okonomiyaki and etc. and the people are most friendly
Amazing and friendly people. Outstanding food and many shops to go to. Train will take you anywhere you want to go.
I vastly prefer Osaka to Tokyo, it has a much more casual and laid back atmosphere to it.
