"Accommodation booked through Expedia when hotel was closed and remains closed , borders are closed and several months later I still don’t have my refund . I am still awaiting my refund from hotel and Expedia . Refund should have been instant as soon as they learned hotel was not even open ? Shame on you Expedia !"

"We stayed at Nyoman Warta for almost 3 weeks. It was the perfect base for us while working remotely - fast reliable wi-fi, excellent breakfast provided every day, and lovely staff. They were very thoughtful at offering us things that would improve our stay e.g. bringing a table to our room when they noticed we were working a lot, moving us to a nicer room when it became available, picking up on our dietary requirements and suggesting other things they could cook for us. "There were many empty rooms and I wasn’t comfortable on a top bunk, I asked a couple of times if I could get a bottom bunk and they said NO those rooms are closed. I walked around and found/paid for other accommodation and came back for my bags. I expressed how upset I was and said I was staying somewhere else and asked for a refund for the next night that I had already paid for and they also said No. Sure stay here if you intend to rent a scooter and just want a cheap bed to sleep in at night...

"Very nice room, close to the beach and some little restaurants :-) the room was full of flowers (which is not usual when you stay in a low price accomodation), the cleaning was made every day + bottles of water. I definitely recommend this place if you want to stay few days in Lembongan :-) other customers next door were pretty noisy during the night (watching a movie at 1am) so I guess the wall is pretty thin but it's just a little "bad point" (not their fault if some people are not respectful)"

"I arrived at 4pm off the ferry and the place is CLOSED. Dirty, dusty reception, no one in sight! Walked along the road until thankfully found somewhere with a room for that night then had to book somewhere else for the next 3 nights was a huge stuff around. Don't book here. No one answers the phone number either. The guy next door said they've been gone since COVID"

Рекомендую."

"Nuansa Penida is more like a Hostel Resort. They greet you with a cold towel, fruit and juice. The dorms are very nice, clean and the bathroom is the greatest I’ve seen on Bali. The beds are comfy and everything is kept clean on a daily basis. The family that runs the hostel could not be nicer. Breakfast is good and the offered lunch/dinner options are delicious. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"A estadia foi muito boa. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é bastante confortável, há privacidade (cortina), luz e tomadas. O locker individual é grande e cabe até mochilão. O café da manhã é simples, mas suficiente (torradas/manteiga/geleia e café). O staff é bastante prestativo, além de oferecer vários tours e modos de locomoção pela ilha. Eu recomendo!"

"Fab Dive offered a big clean upstairs bungalow for my friend and I. It's got a nice secluded location by the black sand beach. The place is mostly focused on divers and helping them so their service were focused on that, although the receptionist was super helpful when our shuttle bus was late. There's a little restaurant next door which helps with convenience. Good place"
