Terrible service, room was never cleaned for my 3 nights, despite leaving make my room card, along with informing reception twice, and also a cleaner on my floor,
Hairdryer was not working, unable to get another one during the night."

I enjoyed the shopping in the town centre, which was fairly easy to navigate. I was lucky enough to find a disabled parking space but it only allowed 2 hours instead of the usual 3 for blue badge holders. A good variety of shops and cafés.

I love Cheltenham it has some lovely parts and some great places to eat and socialise. I would definitely recommend a visit. i have been going there for over 20 years.

Easy access by road to the Cotswolds, Gloucester, Tewkesbury and Worcester. Many NT properties nearby and good restaurants in the locality and Gloucester.

It has a wide range of places to eat for all budgets. There is a lot of regency era buildings and the Cotswolds nearby is very picturesque to see.

"A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."
"We really enjoyed our stay. The room and food was lovely. The spa is quite small but nice. The only thing I would say is there were dirty cups and plates around the pool area and the service in the evening was very slow."
"Location and access is excellent. The staff, as ever, were superb and attentive to our needs. Bedroom was sparklingly clean and the bed very comfortable. However, room was very hot and air-conditioning not working (showing Error 004) and the stand-alone heater/fan rather flimsy and very noisy. Also the bathroom was looking a bit tired. But our needs were met and we would stay there again if in the area. "
