"King bed needs updating. Medium firm bed that wasn't uncomfortable, probably 20 years old though. Walls weren't thin but were not thick. I used ear plugs to sleep, never use them at home. Breakfast did not stay stocked, had to request most items since majority of breakfast items were unavailable."
" We experienced a minor problem with the check-in process, as we did not receive the text with our site number and access code. A simple phone call solved the problem and the remainder of our stay was fantastic.
The cabin was clean, much larger than expected, and outfitted with all the essentials. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed looking out the large windows at night.
Roasting marshmallows over the campfire is a camping tradition. The cabin was stocked with s'more fixings and even the roasting sticks.
This is not your typical campground. There are no playgrounds, beaches or nature centers. It's just you and nature. Make sure to bring everything you need. There are no local dining options. South Haven and Fennville are approximately 30 minutes away.
Our only negative would be the 35.00 daily destination fee. It includes wood, s'mores, coffee, tea and popcorn. The fee was added for each night of our stay, and although we stayed at the property for multiple nights, we got the same extras as those who stayed for only one night.
All in all, the Postcard Cabins deliver exactly what they advertise; a quiet, relaxing, glamping experience. We enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend it."
"Quiet, clean, well appointed, friendly staff, within walking distance of downtown, all on the beautiful campus of Hope College. We will revisit many times!"
