Inside, everything was spotlessly clean, warm, and incredibly comfortable truly a home away from home. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at ease from the moment we arrived. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. Highly recommended!"

"We had an amazing overnight stay at the Annex. Nancy, the host, could not have been more welcoming, informative and helpful. The cottage was ideal for our particular needs - a rather last minute booking - and very clean and well equipped throughout. It was beautifully warm, and the property is set deep in a very beautiful part of lovely Exmoor. Would highly recommend this cosy cottage for a couple and reasonably priced as well. "
