"The room was large and had comfortable beds. The room was really warm though. Also there is no shower or bath in the room. It is only community bath so you should be aware of it. The staff was all really kind though. "

"Great hotel to stay at in Toba. Location is close to the train station as well as other activities including the Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Toba Aquarium. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. There was a variety of food at the buffets and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

The only downside were the stairs between the main lobby and the harbour view building, which were challenging for my elderly parents."

We utilized the amazing interior private onsens for a relaxing soak. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and served by a very polite, gentle spoken and attentive young gentleman. "The area is famouse for the best Matsusaka Beef. Great restaurant is within a walking distance. Convenience store is behind this hotel for any quick bite. Hotel staff is super helpful and friendly. Free breakfast included the local dish, which is a nice touch. Truly enjoyed the stay! "
