After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."

"Struttura datata con bisogno urgente di manutenzione , L'unica cosa positiva era il materasso, abbiamo dormito bene .Anche la posizione dell'hotel e' perfetta è proprio nel centro di Volterra , peccato che sia così trascurato perché in passato doveva essere un gran bell'albergo .
