"The spa at Secrets was truly extraordinary. The pool, sauna, and overall spa facilities were incredibly luxurious and absolutely worth the money. The entire experience was relaxing and memorable, and I would definitely return just for the spa. The room, restaurants, and outdoor pools were also amazing. We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the resort and the quality of the facilities. I especially recommend the Observatory, the rooftop pool and restaurant exclusively available to Preferred Club guests. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was the humidity in our room. The relative humidity remained between 59% and 63% throughout our entire stay, even with the air conditioning running continuously. The room often felt quite humid and damp, which was a little uncomfortable. Aside from the humidity issue, we had a wonderful experience overall and would gladly return, especially for the spa."

"The hotel staff were excellent! The housekeeping team was absolutely on top of everything. You could leave your room for half a second and come back to find your clothes folded and neatly put away. Exceptional service all around! Laura, our server, was also excellent and extremely attentive. She was always on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. My only complaint would be the sales pitch team. I understand that it’s their job, but they were very persistent about trying to sell us their Reserve Club. It became a little overwhelming at times. Overall, though, the staff and service were fantastic, and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Super clean property. Gated parking. Staff was incredible!! Breakfast was perfect. Walking distance to the beaches. It's a bit far from Quinta, but a good walk if you're up for it. We definitely will be back. Super comfortable room; rooftop pool; everything was excellent."
