"The room was clean and neat however, there were a few little things that needed to be checked before assigning someone to the room. For example, I asked for an extra blanket they handed me a blanket that had a red circle dot on it, the phone wasn’t working, the table and chair were ripped, and it looked discussing. Furthermore, there was a row in the double door which I had not requested upon making my reservation.
