This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good. "

"Stayed for 2 nights to be able to visit the Peace Memorial and Okunoshima island. The room was very clean and comfortable for the duration. The city itself was beautiful and the people I spoke to were very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Hiroshima, it's location is extremely convenient as it is just a 3-5 minute walk to Hiroshima Station. So you can get anywhere in the city extremely easy."

"Staying at Traditional Machiya Hotel Shiomachi-An was the highlight of my trip! The sushi dinner was delicious, some of the best sushi I've ever had. The fish was so fresh and flavours were superb. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful style, full of traditional Japanese decor. It was amazing to stay somewhere special. "walking distance to Hiroshima Station. Decent size room and good layout. The building is close to train tracks but not noisy. Daily room service. Needed to pay $150 yen per person per night for onsen on 10th floor even if you don’t use it, still a great deal! Easy check in/check out process. Overall had a great experience and stay. Will definitely book again in the future. "
