Hotel is super close to a lot of restos within walking distance and right on the trolley route to downtown. Bit of road noise, but that is pretty much all of the hotels in Eureka Springs. The staff is outstanding. This is a very comfortable hotel and even better as it is priced less then many in the area. "

"The service was definitely deserves a 5 star! As we got in very late because we were driving in from Oklahoma. But when we called to let them know they informed us that they don't do any check-ins after 11pm however, they made sure we were able to get in our room and we were able to check-in after we woke up with no pressure of a time frame which was amazing! We went and checked in and asked the gentleman if we could get another blanket. When we got back later that day, the blanket was outside...

"The hotel had recently got renovated and new beds/carpet/paint. But you can only do so much with that design hotel. The mattresses were new. They were venna? Big foam matress. Pillows too. Initially i laid down and they were hard. Then after a few seconds i could feel myself sinking in. The sleep was amazing compared to what i had been thru in the first 3 days of my motorcycle trip. Hotel was clean. Staff was great. The manager even brewed me a pot of coffee in the office in the morning. They go...

"Owners were super nice and down to earth and friendly with the guests. Room was small, but cozy and rustic and clean. Animal friendly. Have created a nice, usable outdoor space. Easy walk to the historic district. Will be back! "
