"Great brand new apartment hotel with lovely rooftop pool and a bar, and a large gym. Breakfast is very nice and cheap. It’s just a few minutes of walk to the Boat Avenue with tons of restaurants. "

"The hostel has good location (3 minutes from the beach). The place was clean. However, the breakfast was really weak (butter, jam and white toast bread) no fruits at all. Tea/coffee/cacao is free of charge full day but there was no possibility to refill the water. I think the price was too high but depends what you are looking for. "

The difference between Baan Rosa and resorts/hotel chains is it actually feels like a home. I couldn’t fault it. It was an absolute retreat for me and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bangtao area."

"The Cottages are really nice. The room was very big and clean. The best thing was the huge rainfall shower :) The breakfast was good and definitely enough (fried eggs / omelett, fruit, toast, jam, ham, sausages, fruit juice, coffee /tea for 200 THB). The only thing was, that you almost don't have a choice. On our 2nd day we asked if it would be possible that we get something else for the meat and we get yoghurt. That was kind but something else like pancakes or muesli was not possible. But...

"It was quaint with the Bali flare but..... very squeezed in there. Great place to be if you come and go but be prepared to rent a scooter or car to get around. Nothing close by, no evening vibe in quite nabourhood. There is no office and the girl who runs it..... run it out of one of the rooms and is very messy. If you want a quick stop over resting place it’s not bad for the price."

"отдыхали с 18 по 25 февраля.отель хороший,но обслуживание в номерах просто ноль!за неделю у нас убирались один раз и то как,украли 1000 юаней.которые были спрятаны далеко внутри чемодана. порыскали по чемоданам и взяли Деньги. это было в последний день.видимо думали,что не будем никуда обращаться. обратились в полицию,узнав об этом менеджер вернул деньги. и сказал,что наш персонал не хочет вас больше видеть в этом отеле. натерпелись мы из за этого сполна.как узнали от другого гостя отеля-у нее...

" When I checked in the garbage from the prior renter was still in the room and leaking and some of the cabinets were not cleaned. They had listed a microwave, coffee/tea pot, pots, pans, utensils, plates, safe, robes and washing machine all of which was not in the unit. I spent 3 days having to be in the unit while they one by one brought all the items. Nobody speaks English, living room coffee table unstable, the siding glass door to the balcony heavy, comes off the tracks and very difficult to...
