"We loved everything about the hotel but the carpets were very dirty. Stains all over. Didn’t want to walk on it barefoot. We informed customer service hoping for a better room but they weren’t even remorseful about it. Not even sorry about it. Said they are clean and are planning renovations and that was it. Unfortunately we forgot to get a photo of the carpets They were unbelievably stained. "

"Hotel could use an update but is clean enough. Check in lady was a bit snarky but all other staff were terrific. Great for walking to restaurants in Richmond, about 3 blocks away, which is what we were in town for! We stayed in 2 different rooms, one in the front of the building and one in the back. The "park view" room with balcony on the 2nd floor was not worth any extra money compared to the standard 2 bed room. Overall, it was a somewhat below average Best Western that was astonishingly...
