"This place is a hidden gem! The front desk staff was incredibly nice to check in. Parking is super easy right out front. It’s right off the freeway. Lots of dining options within walking distance. The beds are super comfy. The pillows are nice and the water pressure was great. I’ll definitely be back on my next Reno trip! "

"Overall the experience was nice. The lady auditor charged me twice for the deposit, supposedly by mistake. The room was fine, but needed to be swept. The beds were comfortable. The shower worked just fine and the toilet flushed. Coffee and juice were provided free of charge. I lost my ID and when I tried paying g for another night another female audio was very rude, making me feel like I was lying. But an overall enjoyable experience. I recommend it."

"This is an older motel. But the people are super helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. They even have a working elevator which was really helpful. It would be hard to beat the price. We stayed 1 night, then needed to stay another so rebooked it. They gave us the same room which was appreciated as it worked well for us. "

"Property was very nice, unfortunately the tenants/visitors are quite messy. The lobby was very clean on the day we arrived and beyond messy the next. The carpets on the hallways were dirty and somewhat smelly. The unit itself was very clean and the property manager was very responsive. It would’ve been nice for the parking fee to be included in the rental fee. We arrived very late and we could not find parking. Other than this, I highly recommend this rental. "
