"Average room but good location.."

"It was terrible!!! Can’t contact anyone to get the key!!!They are not organized !!! Even finally have someone answer the phone and give me the lock box number and that was no key inside!!! We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "

"Very comfy bed I slept well! Convenient location, not much parking but you can park on the road between 7pm and 10am. Walls are thin so you can hear other people coming in and doing whatever else they are doing but this isn’t the hotels fault as they do have notices for guests to be considerate. "

"A beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting Bournemouth or the surrounding area. Everything was perfect. Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. "We just got back and I have to say I give this property 4 1/2 out of 5. Clean, tidy, excellent location (7 mins walk to/from the pier and only 3 mins from the town centre), has almost all you need, fridge, good size freezer, microwave, cooker and hob,,TV, fan, great shower room and lots more. We we very happy with the overall internal offerings.
