Villa del Papa is a gorgeous property perfectly located between Lucca and Pisa. The small village is charming and there are conveniences within easy walking distance. We had perfect weather for the pool... even in May!! You will enjoy your time at Villa del Papa!

Diana hotel was very nice and in the center of everything. Breakfast was delicious

Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!!

Reception, cleaning and customer care .. in first place! Strategic location, convenient parking for both cars and bicycles.. What can I say, one of the best hotels in the area! I still emphasize the care and cleanliness of every single detail!

Clean and modern B&B 5 min by foot from the centre. Check in was efficient and breakfast adequate. The host Michele was friendly and provided helpful information. There's paid parking directly in front of the property or free parking some distance away. Would recommend, especially to those with a car!

The is an adorable little hotel with wonderful staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The continental breakfast was generous and had great coffee and a variety of choices for please everyone. The location couldn't have been better. The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again.

The property is not a hotel, it's a B7B with no reception. This was a surprise to us and to another guests visiting. So clearer communication on this might be helpful. Luckily we were let in by another guest and that guest also called the owner who remotely guided us into our room. But if not for them, we would be royally stuck outside with two kids in toe. Proper check in communication beforehand would help if self checkin is expected. After that it was all smooth. The owner was very responsive...
