My stay was okay until my check out time and was slammed with an unplanned bill which was based on not passing information correctly. "We recently stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space for 2 people. The outdoor area and pool is lovely, well maintained and nice flowers/pots. There are lots of nice touches to the apartments; pool toys, a bar/shop and pool table. Katarina and staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend staying here! "

"Iro hotel felt a little abandoned as there were no reception staff, restaurant or pool bar at the hotel. All the services were next door at Sergio hotel. Restaurant in Sergio was very good and staff extremely helpful and friendly. A little more information for the guests in Hotel Iro would have been good. First night we did not know where to go for dinner. When we found it it was great, as was the greek entertainment and dancing after dinner. A very nice surprise. "

"It is a small family run hotel. The rooms are nice and tidy. Location is perfect just a few minutes from the promenade. Staff was very kind and helpful. The only bad thing I noticed was the shower head was a bit detached from the wall in the shower, but that didnt affect the use. Breakfast was continental, last day we had pancakes which was also nice. Overall very good price/value."
