"This is a *very* basic hotel - the reception reminded us of this during check-in and they weren't lying! If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower, this fits the bill. Excellent location next to the train station and a Sainsbury's, but not exactly the kind of place you would choose to relax at the end of a day of sightseeing. Truly the easyJet of hotels."

Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to town, restaurants, grocery and train station. We daytripped to London snd Brighton, seeing many popular sights and escaping the throngs at night. Loved Lunch at ShiRaZ. Quiz night at The Tavern. "

"Lovely Sussex country setting. The bedrooms are all very cosy and tastefully decorated. The bathroom in our suite was very luxurious. Modern tv in the room with streamed channels available. Plenty of sockets for charging phones, etc. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and took very good care of us - thank you."
