"We only stayed one night but liked it enough to stay more if our plans allowed. It is in a great location. The parking is tight but we made it work. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. I am not sure if we got a free upgrade but it was much better than I thought. It had all the accommodations. We were going to go out and do things in Rotorua but opted to stay in the room and rest instead because it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. I thought...
