"The room was nice and clean, no fridge in the room but for the price i can't complain. the bus stop just outside the building so fast easy and cheap to get around and enjoy Edinburgh."

"Cold room, bed bugs, only 1 shower, 1 toilet and 1 tiny sink for 12 people. Never hot water to shower (I stayed there for 5 nights and never had hot water). The only thing that worked was the Wifi. It was relatively clean as well, so thank you to the cleaners, but everything else was bad. "

"Perfect spot for getting round the city with the no. 11 bus right outside! Room spacious and kept in the best possible condition. Have to pay extra for breakfast but worth it, however plenty of choices close by."
