"NO AIR CONDITIONING....even though their site says they have it. When we were there is was sunny and 80 degrees. We chose this property over another strictly for the fact it said they had a/c. When I went to the front desk, the older gentleman said they wouldn't turn it on until JULY! We opened our window hoping for a breeze but there was so much noise from a nearby restaurant and it made it hard to sleep. I would not stay here again. "

Other rooms provide better-sized bathrooms. The air conditioner was very nice. Many locks are involved, so security was less of a concern for this location. "This is a great small hotel located in the heart of Rome. Probably less than 20 Minute drive from Colosseum and trevi fountain. Mind you this is a budget hotel so you will be giving up luxuries like a tv with English channels and the room is very small. But if you’re looking for a good clean place to lay your head this is the place for you. Also staff is very friendly and speaks great English. "

"I have stayed in this property before and I will again. The staff at go above and beyond - they are extremely kind and accommodating. It’s close to the main station and metro station, and easily walkable to main attractions. Breakfast included a large array of options. You can leave your luggage before or after check-in. It’s a great hotel for budget travelers! Highly recommend!"

"It was not great. Maybe it was just the room we got; perhaps we should have asked to see the room options. But we were just herded into the one so it was not that we had a choice. Very terrible breakfast and the staff were barely helpful - that could also be because of the language barrier. The bathroom in our room was awful. Old but at least clean. I would not stay there again but not many alternative options in Aprillia however. Also no elevator so be prepared to lug your cases us the stairs...

"A pleasant budget hotel close to termini, eating & drinking places. Head down the street/hill & coliseum is approx 15-20 walk. Clean & tidy & friendly staff. Beds for us were disappointing as wire sprung with basic mattress, was single beds for 5 persons so double/twin may be different. Cleaned, fresh towels & toiletries. Basic continental breakie. It worked for us at the price. Nothing adverse & found out on leaving there is a courtyard at rear for sit out. "
