"Great location, loved being in the old town but in a more quiet street, meaning good night sleep. A couple of minutes away from Pile gate where you can take a bus towards bus station or port in less than 20 min for excursions. Room was simply furnished but with everything you need, modern bathroom, fridge and storage space. Katja is really sweet and available if you need anything."

"This property is wonderful. The owner was very nice, personable, and gave us a warm welcome. Villa Sunset is in a central area that is close to a shopping center and there were many dining options close by. The view was amazing. When we are back in Croatia, we will be coming back. :). "This property is in a great location, only 2 staircases down from the Main Street. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is on a different floor from two of the rooms which is a little tricky and the stairs are hard to walk down in the middle of the night. Other than that it is a cozy stay. "

"Nice place to stay and very good value for money. Easy €7 Uber into the old town. Host family were lovely and explained everything. But, do be away that there is many many steps to access the property, and no car access, but this did produce lovely views of the sunset. "

They were very professional and I felt very comfortable. It is only a 10ish walk to old town and while it is steep it is really not that bad and totally worth the price. "Guest House Daniela is run by a lovely couple who clearly take pride in the place. We visited in September 2023. Everything was clean, towels were changed every 2 days and there was a lovely shared kitchen and patio area. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the sea (and water polo area) and a fridge. The small bathroom but perfectly fine for our needs and toilet paper was supplied. Excellent air con which I particularly appreciated. It's about a 1 minute walk to the nearest bar...

"My wife and I are in agreement that we have never stayed in nor will we ever find another vacation property that clean. Not a speck of dirt or mold to be found. Sheets, blankets, glasses, bathrooms impeccably clean. The location is steps from the busy Pile Gate, yet it's quiet at the property. The pictures do not do the terrace views justice. Absolutely stunning!"

"Professional service, delicious buffet breakfast, a beautiful pool and a beautiful beachside walking trail. Clean and nicely decorated apartment. Although we had a car, we didn't need it as the bus stop is nearby and the old town is a mere 15 minute ride away. Simply everything you need to rest with your family. :)"

"Misleading pictures, I booked a room with a balcony but was shown 2 rundown rooms without a balcony.Had to complain to be shown the room I had actually booked, this room was slightly better, but still uncomfortable. The rooms furniture is old and needs to be renovated. The towels seem old and worn out (mainly with stains from overuse). False advertising as bathroom was different to one on booking site, it was tiny and did not come with a bathtub as shown in pics. It also wasn’t clean from how...

"I was told when i went to the guest house that they are over booked and have two options to call your booking agent and cancel your stay or otherwise our booking agent will provide you stay somewhere else. Keep in mind it was happening after i went feom London to Dubrovnik. I tried calling hotel.com but no response, finally i asked their agent and thn they gave me a room which was 2km away. I had no option to go anywhere else finally i had to go to that room which was on the hill. Please dont...

"The Lavender room was lovely. Located in the old town close to bars and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, shower room very modern with a good shower. Communication was great with Vedran our host. Check in went smoothly. Would highly recommend. "
