"I stayed at this LaQuinta 6 years ago and liked it. I was disappointed this time. The hot tub they used to have got paved over. The first room I was given smelled so strongly of ammonia that I couldn’t use it. The second room smelled like industrial cleaner and gave me a headache. The bathtub had a loud consistent drip. There were sticky stains just outside of the door. A maintenance worker pounded on the door next to mine and called maintenance so loudly I thought it was for me. That gave me...

"The hallway carpets really needed a good vacuum- like all the debris was very obvious. The room we had clearly was not swept before we came in. There was hair, a sunflower seed, dust, etc on the floor. I used several Lysol Wipes to clean it up. "

"average place to stay and you get what you pay for. Was very close to Historic St. charles main street and centrally located to anything you really wanted to do. Back entry way kept unlocked so anyone could just slip in. Could use upgrading to facilities . Was there for a concert. Not horrible but not great and again was located close to everything being the only plus. "

"Great place to stay, we booked late and got a room by the elevator so just a bit more noise than I care for but nothing bad. Clean room, good selection for breakfast, fast in and out. Will stay here again."
