"The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only thing was our room smelled of cigars and cigarettes that's a hard smell to get out and we are nonsmokers. My husband let them know and they are going to address the issue. "

"The front desk security could be more helpful on the first day of arrival at 11 PM. I was left to figure out the underground parking on my own especially when its a bit confusing to begin with. Other than that it was a pleasent stay. The staff communicating over the phone did their best to make us comfortable and provide to our needs. At the end, no complaints but thumbs up. "
