Quiet, amazing view, delicious breakfast from house and locally made products

This property is excellent! By far the highlight of our two weeks touring Italy was Tuscany and particularly this property and its hosts. We felt spoiled from the moment we arrived and were welcomed with a cool glass of prosecco and given a short tour. Good place to stay. Clean and the helpful staff. Breakfast was really good. Small town for a relaxing time. Rest and enjoying the nature.

Nice atmospheric hotel. Had the tone of Roman history with a painted ceiling in our room and some exposed brick. Breakfast was ok. Towels were unusual ,- very thin but still absorbent. Good location. And accommodating staff.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. I would like to give special shout out front desk staff Clevi who has awesome skills to keep guest comfortable. Location of hotel is also perfect for 10 min walk to Rose Garden.

Nico was an excellent host!! He was very attentive to our needs and had great recommendations for restaurants. He also sat down with us when we arrived and showed us places to visit on a map and modes of transportation. The room was perfect! Great hospitality!

Renovated hotel, extremely clean, comfy queen and single beds. Easy access to the terminal. No regrets! The reception is on the hotel in front of the Fiume, but the lady was quickly. We kept our luggage on the storage room after checkout. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a simple but still comfortable place.

We would stay here again! Walking distance to all of the must see attractions (Academia, Uffizi, etc.) Comfortable bed, clean room, and good breakfast included. One thing to note; the night we arrived, we entered the building and the hotel desk and lobby are not on the main floor. Fortunately, a guest was leaving the building and informed us that the desk was up a few floors and we had to walk up a lot of stairs, carrying our luggage. Great place to stay!

Very close to the air. They had a shuttle that we were able to take at 4:30am. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They served excellent dinners. It was close to T2 tram that went to to downtown and the main train station. It was perfect for our needs.

This was one of the best places to stay with two young children. There was so much for them to do and we all loved the pool with splash pad. The farm, the playground, the grounds… everything was perfect! Highly recommend!
